    My plan ... What do u guys think ?

    Hey guys !

    So this is what i'm deciding on now, and would like your oppinion, or maybe some experience.

    I'm just finishing up my cycle ( 3 weeks left, currently finished week 11 )
    My cycle looked like this :
    Week 1-11 Deca (400mg/pwk)
    Week 1-6 Test E ( 500mg/pwk)
    Week 6-14 Sust ( 500mg/pwk)

    Stats : 21y old , 6 foot 2, 220lbs , about 14% bf ( + - 2% ) .
    I would really like to get some love handles of and get a little ripped, so i was thinking this :
    The last two weeks of my cycle i start Cutting, lower my carbs to about 250g /per day , proteins stay at about 300per day, i do this for the last two weeks of my cycle, start doing cardio every morning, than when i'm off my cycle i lover my carbs to about 200g per day, and continue doing cardio and try to get as ripped as possible. ( hoping for about 9 % bf right now ) .

    Do you guys think that i should do this, or is there a great chance that i'm going to lose all my cycle gains ?
    Also what would you guys mix with this type of definition ( i'm really trying to avoid ECA or Clen or T3, because i'm trying to kinda give my body a break from roids and things like that)

    So any sugestions or advices on how to do this with burning minimal amount of muscle will be really appriciated.

    i would either stick with the sust or test e instead of switiching them up. if your going to do it this way though you may as well use the sust first because of the 90mgs of fast acting esters in it

    i'm sory, but that was already done about 4 weeks ago, because i started off with test e, then my suplier could not get it anymore( i know stupid me didn't buy it all ) and i had to switch up to sust. So now like i said i have only 3 weeks of the whole cycle left .

    i would never do a cut in pct,, wait till you pct is done you fully recovered then cut,,,

    can someone explain why not do a cut while in PCT. Also is it to soon to start taking some winny right after the cycle? Or some other drug that will help me a little .

    wait until after your pct is over then adjust your diet, hit the cardio 5 days a week and possibly run some clen

    So after the end of pct i can start doing my cardio freely.

    PCT time its hard enough keeping muscle gained,, no point in trying to make it harder for yourself,,, you body can be in a pretty catabolic state ( no idea what u throw in your pct)
