So this is what i'm deciding on now, and would like your oppinion, or maybe some experience.
I'm just finishing up my cycle ( 3 weeks left, currently finished week 11 )
My cycle looked like this :
Week 1-11 Deca (400mg/pwk)
Week 1-6 Test E ( 500mg/pwk)
Week 6-14 Sust ( 500mg/pwk)
Stats : 21y old , 6 foot 2, 220lbs , about 14% bf ( + - 2% ) .
I would really like to get some love handles of and get a little ripped, so i was thinking this :
The last two weeks of my cycle i start Cutting, lower my carbs to about 250g /per day , proteins stay at about 300per day, i do this for the last two weeks of my cycle, start doing cardio every morning, than when i'm off my cycle i lover my carbs to about 200g per day, and continue doing cardio and try to get as ripped as possible. ( hoping for about 9 % bf right now ) .
Do you guys think that i should do this, or is there a great chance that i'm going to lose all my cycle gains ?
Also what would you guys mix with this type of definition ( i'm really trying to avoid ECA or Clen or T3, because i'm trying to kinda give my body a break from roids and things like that)
So any sugestions or advices on how to do this with burning minimal amount of muscle will be really appriciated.
