okay. i'm very new to ingestion of external substances for lifting....
i've been doing about a week's worth of research and i've come to the conclusion this is what i want to do.
i ordered some d-bol and am ready to start cycling it (haven't received it yet). i've read in numerous places that i should be cycling d-bol with some sort of injection, as d-bol is an immediate result kinda thing and the injections would provide long term results.
i haven't ordered any injections, and d-bol is the only thing i've ordered. would it be efficient to cycle it alone? or would i need something else? would a pct be necessary? (nolvadex?)
i also use ON protein, and drink that a few times a day, mixed with water.
i've also started my diet, which consists of....
oatmeal / cereal in the morning and a boiled egg or two
2 grilled chicken breasts with brown rice for lunch (sometimes eat a chicken sandwich with wheat, lettuce, miracle whip, and american cheese)
steak and potatoes for dinner
