    My problem is I'll eat too much junk food like pizza, fried chicken, chinese food, etc and i don't gain as much muscle as I do when I stay on a clean diet.

    But for you I would just EAT EVERYTHING IN SIGHT. A SEEFOOD DIET!!!

    fix that diet. train hard keep it natural and intense...good work
