    i agree with big... for me, the sides weren't really that bad. it SERIOUSLY dries me out though... i have to drink a TON of water...i'm currently coming off 200mg per day for 7weeks, and body composition has never changed as much w/ any other cycle i've done...

    Losing body fat is not the only reason people do cardio. A lot of us aer athletes and a lot of us want healthier hearts. We are not all body builders. I like to be an all around athlete. Tren is amazing in some ways but not being able to go up a flight of stairs without feeling it may kill you, sucks, in my opinion. Definately add some clenbuterol with tren if you want to do cardio.

    200mg a day, dont have first hand experiance but i was thinking about running 50 a day lol
