My diet is tailored to decrease body fat but not to eat away at your muscles, I infact have been able to loose weight while gaining muscle mass on a 1200cal/ day diet. But I also take dessicated liver enzymes to make sure that my body doesn't break down protein as well as a calculated regimen before a after my workouts. Plus and arsenal of vitamins every day.
