yeah alot of my friends are doing the same thing..or even freinds that aren't married of have kids...they're still letting themselves go...i was letting myself go too and then realized how nasty i was looking...so i decided to change my lifestyle...now i see how my roommate and his gf eat and its like damn how did i ever eat like that LOL...i swear his gf puts on 5lbs a week haha

Yeah, I need to start doing that too.. I have done it a couple of times my friends just want to go out and drink at bars and clubs but I cant be doing that.
