    Yes sorry i ment 500mgs a week and i would be taking 250mgs mon n thur.
    About the BF i did a test at the gym, not very accurate but it came out to be 9%bf and i was told i look around there. 11% was just a guess.. Ok no worries your ok for BF

    Hmm my diet..I try to eat alot of calories a day, high protein n carbs. I try to eat every 2hours, usually eat a bagel in the morning, and throughout the day i would eat stake or either chicken, usually chicken tho. Alot of subway....
    As for the diet!

    1) missing healthy fats ( fish oil, nut oils ect)
    2) carbs choices aren't good.. Bagels?
    3) Subway = garbage
    4) You aren't weighing your food
    5) 6 smaller meals throughout the day will keep you in a positive nitrogen balance.

    this is my diet... Pinnacle laid it out for me... Ive been on it religiously since May. Keep in mind it gets expensive, but you get what you pay for!

    Meal 1:
    10 egg whites
    80 gram oatmeal (dry weight)
    6 fish oil gel caps

    Meal 2
    6 oz chicken
    7.5 oz cooked sweet potato
    1 table spoon olive oil

    Meal 3
    6 oz chicken, turkey or beef
    175 grams cooked barley
    1 table spoon almond oil


    Meal 4
    Repeat meal 3 , but replace barley with 175 grams cooked lentils

    Meal 5
    Repeat meal # 2

    Meal 6
    6 oz beef or chicken
    300 grams strawberries/blueberries
    Salad with 1 tablespoon olive oil

Ill try the meal schedule tommarow see how it works out to be. I know when i start my cycle i want to have a very good diet. How has this diet worked out for you? How much did you gain from may till now?

    well i ran a cycle too keep in mind... But ive put on like 25lbs+
    Its an awesome diet, i love eatin all the time, and i love the things i eat.. And i gain good size... Its win-win!
