I just wanted to chime in here a bit.... but anyone else add to what i state if i don't state all the facts..... or correct me if i'm wrong but i've used clen quite a few times so i know what it is good for.
Clen will give you lots of energy while working out..... sometimes though, it makes me feel a bit light headed while working out but it certainly does increase your heart rate so be careful and be sure to monitor that when doing cardio.... (a while back i got my HR up to 209 yes i know very very very very stupid of me) Clen also when used 4-8 weeks straight with benadryl @ 50mg every 3rd week for 7 days will help big time with fat burn as well as keep you moving around a lot more throughout the day...... your body temp will be higher so expect to sweat more just SITTING IN THE OFFICE...... i drip sweat all the time now while on it and tren.
Dose:
you are supposed to ramp up the dose to build a tolerance and not **** yourself up.... I usually just start though at 100mcg's a day..... then i ramp it up and max out at 120mcg's or 140mcg's a day... I take ALL of my clen in the A.M. as it is the same as taking it 3 times daily from what i've been reading all over this forum. So clen will assist you with being able to have some increased energy and also help you burn more throughout the day each day on it.
