Hcg is not for PCT, many many studies prove that it's more beneficial ran towards the end of cycle and before PCT. In fact it's not always a good idea to run hcg when running serms and AI's in PCT, do a little research if you don't believe me.

I dunno i think i may start the hcg soon im on week 6 right now and my balls have shrunken up quite a bit, i dunno if i can wait till the end without giving these guys a jump start, any ideas?

I would leave the hcg until your pct or last week of your cycle, hcg can cause water and sodium retention and be suppressive to your natural testosterone, also it can cause gyno ,so its just not worth it to use it now imo.

Bigbigt, it's fine and sensible and it will help towards pct, the sides you speak of are attributed to silly doses.
