Assume you lost about 1 liter of water during cardio. 1L = 1kg =2.2 lbs. To go up a net 7.2 lbs you'd have had to drink about 3 and 1/3 liters of water during in between the two weigh ins.

I am much more inclined to believe some variability in the weighing technique or apparatus.
as much as i want to believe the last statement as well, it happened again.
and it's not just me. it's my partner as well.

he went up .5 lbs, and i went up a full lb.
this is from 20 minutes of elliptical (190+strides per minute) and 20 minutes of bicycle (100+rpm) and 1 mile of running.

i only drank about 3-4 water bottles worth, and i doubt that's remotely close to even 1 liter.

oh, and this is with the start of my clen cycle as well.

a pound or .5 lb variation is no big deal. 8 lbs is and should be double checked.

Are you weighing yourself in your undies or butt-naked (thats how you should be doing it)?....If your weighing yourself with clothes on, it might just be the sweat weighing down your clothes....regardless you arent gaining weight from doing cardio or even retaining water for that matter, so just stop getting on the scale after your cardio, who cares....Just weigh yourself once in the morning in your drawers before cardio and leave it at that. Use that number for your comparisons. You shouldnt weight yourself everyday anyways, once a week is fine, to many variables to get an accurate weight every single day.....Annnnnd for that matter, you shouldnt be that worried about the scale to begin with, worry about body fat and how you look in the mirror, take pics to check progress.
