    yeah i know, just had one 10 minutes ago after cardio, but turned the other way in my car and now i'm making a tuna/salad and sweet potato instead of McChicken, lol

    never underestimate the power of fruit when you get a sweet tooth around cardio time. aerobic exercise like that helps you burn through carbs so you essentially will crave them more around that time. fruit can be a life saver from a horrible sugar binge. they have a little, but no one gains fat off fruit, especially if its an apple or some berries. whatever it takes to ward off that craving.
