anyway 40mg of nolva is too much
40mg is no better than 20mg for boosting test levels in studies

if you were gonna do nolva only 20mg would be sufficent
but, I don't like nolva only, I think there is some benefit to adding an AI especially aromasin because nolva kinda masks the extra estrogen but it's still there. You get a lot of zits and stuff durring pct with nolva only and estro rebound after pct.

I like 20mg nolva ed/10-25mg aromasin ed for like 4 weeks
some people include hcg and that works well for them, but I don't
