    i find that tubers are the best carb sources in regard to how they make me feel and how i react to them. they are low GI, and sweet potatoes seem to be the best fit for me. do you have yams?

    Nope. We don't have any of the following:

    Just the regular all purpose potatoe, white or the chinese potatoe or "washed potatoe"
    I mean if you are lucky, you can finds some class of Sweet potatoes out of season from time to time, in a very special market, but its sold as an imported delicatessen and the prize is pornographic. I can't aford if it has to be a must on my every day diet.

    do you get these at your local grocery store?

    potatoes yes, no yams here though, i go with sweet potatoes.
