    From what I have read, yes it lowers test levels. Studies were done that show mne who did not ejaculate for 7 days had increased test levels thats rose steadily to 137% above baseline. After ejaculation, it fell to negitive results and took anywhere from 1 to 3 days to reach baseline again. I can't find that article but if I do i'll post it

    thanks for the info. No wonder I feel like shit after I nut lol. And do so for a few days. But like two weeks of not ejaculating when I separated with my girl for a bit, I felt great and more energized. Not to mention when I watch some porn and nut, i fall asleep like a baby whose been tired all day. Wierd...

    LOL... I guess that is the prolactin refractory effect. I can't go more than a day on juice without nuttin, which I think has given me the start of gyno.... But I'm about to hit it as soon as she gets out of the shower..so much for my day of test buildup! lol
