lol i was there. and it was actually really funny he was just playin. arnold mentioned how many hours some ifbb dudes report they spend in the gym training and he said something like no way man, an hour a day thats all man. and gave credit to muscletech for his physique lol but he was CLEARLY laughing as well as arnold and everyone else in the arena. idk, it was funny

well he never really corrected it.....did you go see the champs talk on sunday morning? we didn't stay for dex but i'm curious as to if he cleared that up

call me crazy but what champs talk? i didnt even know of this and went the past two years in a row and will be at the next for sure. is there a press conference on the sunday after the show? if so, man im pissed lol. fill me in here ruhl. btw ruhl is my favorite, just too good of a dude. i have a shot glass with his name engraved for him next time i see him.

yea at the same place that the competition was on sunday morning you get to have a talk with all the champs....i think it only came with vip tickets maybe? Arnold also talked for like an hour to begin with.....then we got to hear from gina and all the other winners and their training and diet and stuff.....and you get to ask questions too
