I am 28 yrs old 210pds I had been lifting since i was 16 but married 2 years ago and the gym was put on hold for a while I have been back now for a few months.as for anti estrogens I am debating between clomid and/or nov but have not purchased either yet, waiting to decide on a possible test. I think my past growth problems where things I intend to address this time. I only eat once a day it is healthy food but just not enough. I also was not taken any kind of vitamins and not even nearly dedicated enough to a protein intake plan etc.... as I said I am looking for any advise to get much better results this time around.
