Fina delivery concerns

It says that will try to redeliver, but not when. Then it says that me, or my agent can come pick it up. I need to have that form and proper id when picking up.

It is up to the discretion of the postal carrier whether or not to 'leave a package' even if it's not sent registered. If you live in an apartment complex sometimes they won't leave it b/c they are concerned that someone else might swipe it. My regular carrier usually leaves packages but the dude that works on his day off leaves the slip. I check off the box that says redeliver and write in 'leave it by the mailboxes' or whatever. That way it removes their liability if someone swipes it.
