Agreed 100% I just cut..(ripped) on a deca/sust cycle. Yeah I gained a few inches in arm size, but i dropped b/f greatly (didn't have much to start) and now have very little body fat... Abs ripped, chest cut, lats...it's freakin great! Just ate normal as if off cycle and it worked great! Lessen your lift load and raise reps if you don't want to gain size. I went for a little size and cutting. Worked for me
