Unfortunatley every body in under estimating what a GOOD diet can do.

My last cycle was a complete oppostie of any other cycle I did and the results were the best by far.

Usually my cycles are 2-3 compounds with high doses (600-750 mg of Test)

the last cycle I did was with only 50 mg Test Prop ED and a strict 9-11 meals plan/day

the results were staggering, almost 30 lbs of LEAN muscle in 16 weeks. Started at 200 lbs 15% BF and now i'm 215 about 8% BF.
You are so right!!!! I believe getting results is 80% diet and 20% working out both on and off gear.
