    you don't need a passport as of yet.... what they want is a form of id (drivers license) and birth certificate.... the passport law won't be enforced until june of 2009..... still a birth certificate is annoying to have to carry around. Has to be the original copy too. I had some friends that didn't go with a birth certificate either, just their Id's and they were told to bring their birth certificate next time.... I'm sure they aren't going to hold EVERYONE that doesn't have their birth certificate, there has to be some sort of leeway time. Anyway a passport is good to take if you already have one, that's for sure...
