I am going to cut but now im bulking naturally.And 2500 isnt maintance.I used a bmr calculator for what i burn a day 1600 is bmr and 400 plus for walking and shit and lifting.So maintance is what you eat say i eat 100 cals and burn 100 a day then 100 cals is my maintance or enough to stay at same weight. 2500 is 500 over what i burn 500 is extra a day to gain a pound a week.This is working(to gain fat which i dont want)i went from 140 to 150 in 2 months all fat not a inch to any part so i know what im talking about.i eat 6 times a day.
