heal? no despite what you think medical intervention is nessicary sometimes...their is impingement on the spinal cord and it needs to be relieved...the patient is slowely being paralyzed, in fact this person was in a wheel-chair and is expected to walk after...the only problem will be arm pain cause the spinal cord will re-inflate so rapidly it will pull the nerve roots...not only is the slow paralysis the problem a small trauma could kill the person by cutting off the cord completely.

i was just asking.....i know sometimes especially in terms of structural injuries it's necessary

well, it's closest to my house and open 24 hours and the workout world is not...and their rates are half as much. I think I can put up with the few things I don't like for the convience and extra money in my wallet.

$10 buck a month...I don't know how they stay in business. It's a pretty nice place and there were a few hot chicks on the cardio machines when I checked it out

I saw enough poundage to do what I need to do. I don't do heavy dumbell exercises or anything. There were plenty of 45 plates around. It was new and nice too.

dude, why? I need a gym, I just lost my free membership of 5 years...why will their business fail? They've got like hundreds of locations, I'm sure they have smart people on top of the numbers.
