Ok to start what are you trying to get out of AAS that you cant get out of a better diet and better training? Your BF% is borderline, and your only 160lbs. This leads me to believe your diet sucks.

This is hard to read bro, for future reference, post a diet like this:

    EXAMPLE:
    Meal 1:
    8 egg whites
    80 gram oatmeal (dry weight)

    Meal 2:
    6 oz chicken
    7.5 oz cooked sweet potato
    1 table spoon olive oil
    Etc...

    "Diet:
    Breakfast: oatmeal+bananna+protein shake

    Lunch: salad+chicken breast

    Dinner: BrownRice/Pasta+steak+veg

    Post Training: Recovery Mix, carb,protein,creatine
    Tea;Wholemeal Bread"

    As for the diet!

    1) You are NOT eating nearly enough!
    2) You aren't weighing your food! If i had to guess, you couldnt be getting more than 80-100 grams of protein from food a day. And maybe 50-75grs of protein from shakes. You need at least 160grms of protein from food a day.
    3) Youre missing healthy fats ( fish oil, nut oils, ect...)
    4) 6 smaller meals throughout the day will keep you in a positive nitrogen balance.

If you want, start a new thread in the proper section, and ill help you put together a better diet for your goals.
