Thread: Fasting while on cycle, have i f***** up my cycle now?

    It’s definitely not the best time to run a cycle but I’d keep going because you don’t want to be in PCT and fasting.

    Your not going to make any gains during your fasting period but if you eat a huge amount at the times of day you are allowed to then you might at least be able to stop the catabolic effects of fasting.

    My advice:

    Stay on the cycle (you are not likely to gain during your fasting period but it will help fight catabolism)

    Keep workouts short and sweet (you don’t want to burn too many calories)

    Do zero cardio (same reason as above)

    Get as much food as you can during the times you can eat (If you could sleep at some point between 4am and 8pm that would mean you are awake more during the time you can eat and get in more meals)

    I’d also extend the cycle to 14 weeks that will give you 4 weeks on normal eating after fasting.

    Exactly as above. I started writting out a rsponce beforee I read your reply and you said everything I was gonna say

    thats a long fasting. mine start @ 5am till 6pm
