Once I started putting in the Nizoral before showering and leaving it on for a few minutes and using Rogaine I noticed an immediate drastic reduction in hair coming out. Prior to this I was using Nizoral but not leaving it in as long and not using Rogaine. My hair was all over my hands after I styled it in the morning. Now a few months later and while waiting for the full effect of being on finasteride which I started a week or two after the Rogaine my hair is looking much better than it did on cycle. I think that the word needs to be spread that for a large amount of people proper management will make a big difference in preventing AAS related hair loss.
