I am going to keep my workouts at 30min if I could. I think supplements are going to be helpful during this month. Don't want to goto bed on a full stomach. Only month where I would use more than 2 shakes per day.
yes the times do vary from country to country, here in the uk its 4am-8pm, and on most days its 15.5 to 16 hours for the whole 30 days.
yes im going to keep my workouts very short, 30 mins tops, fanks for the advice, im going to stick with the 60% thing, that makes sense. good luck fasting bro, im struggling. i feel more hungry on cycle than usual.
