I am fasting as well. It's actually 4:50 to 8 and as the days go by, it would eventually be 5:30 to 7. My advice is to eat a shitload at 4 am then at 8 pm, eat some carbs and protein then hit the gym (don't eat till you get full). Take your shake with carbs then when you get home, eat a meal (around 10pm). For me, after that meal I'll be eating only protein and fats. Also setting my alarm at 2am so i can have a shake then goto bed then wake up again at 4 for my huge meal.
When you workout never do cardio and don't go too heavy. You have to maintain your muscle during this month. Lift around 60% what you normally lift and keep workouts short. I am going to keep my workouts at 30min if I could. I think supplements are going to be helpful during this month. Don't want to goto bed on a full stomach. Only month where I would use more than 2 shakes per day.
