Sorry to hear you had to go through all that man. Sounds like it's going pretty good so far though, and that's a plus. Just bring it back nice and slow and hopefully everything will be ok. I have a slight shoulder issue right now and won't go near the military press.lol
I'm strictly dumbell guy right now, with the occasional hammer press with light weight if it feels ok to do so. If not, i skip it. Raises are ok though. Good luck.
