thank you 189.....i am glad someone views this the same way i do.....why does everyone have a bulk and a cut cycle....if you do it right, you can gain a ton of muscle and still lose a lot of fat......that is my goal all the time.....
the only time for a true cutting cycle is when preparing for competition......
A little misleading...that isn't possible without a large amount of tren, DHTs and muscle memory, as you said. I wouldn't make it sound that easy for everyone to accomplish. It is very very hard for an advanced bodybuilder/lifter to gain muscle and lose fat without the correct quantity & quality of AAS..diet or not
My first cycle was Test e and eq... that did for me exactly what you're asking for.
I put on 15lbs and got very vascular and lean.
Just my 2 cents
i think genetic play an important role in whether an individual is able to do this
ithe best i have managed is to bulk heavy without putting on any fat - but only using hgh, T4 high calories and high doseages of AAS
and i may have even lost a little bodyfat - maybe 1 % while gaining muscle
i mean we know that u need a surplus of cals for muscle gain and a deficit for fat loss
i think the only way to achieve cut and bulk at the same time is
1. supreme genetics
2. lots of gear
3. precise calorie calculations and carb cycling (low on non workout high on workout)
