    what is the cottage cheese like stuff? is it cottage cheese? Im thinking not. do you know your fat is almost half your caloric intake. seems way high. I would never exceede 30%. I would add more of 4 and less of 3. is the meat chicken or beef. why did you go w/ these %'tages? Im coming up w/ 41/18/48

    ok now lets do the breakdown

    pro/carb/fat
    seems high for fat. are you carb cycling?
