Hey bro, I knew someone would ask this...My response would be the result of trial/error for my body.
I generally always taper up and down now to ease in and ease out of extended cycles to help "fill the gaps" so to speak that longer half-lives create.
Like most, I've always HATED coming off cycle (especially those involving 1+g's of test/wk), but I found that I could attribute that mental challenge to the moderate/high dosing of compounds that really were the backbone of my cycles being yanked away.
When I started extending every cycle I did by 4-5 weeks with prop in a planned dosing regiment aimed at smoothing out my blood levels, I found that if in my last week I was doing roughly 1/3rd of my peak dosing, recovery was MUCH easier and minimized muscle loss.
Mentally and physically, it just puts me in the right place.

I personally like high dosing of HCG and Nolvadex because it works far better for me than low dosages. I've actually been able to shorten PCT in 2 different cases because ~1.5-2 weeks of my HCG/Nolva combo brought my test levels back up to normal ranges in bloodwork.
That was definitely found by trial/error, but I think doing higher dosages are the way to go. Everyone is different, but my body really responds to that dosing pattern.
I don't like running those drugs at all; the sooner I can stop them and KNOW I'm back to pre-cycle baseline blood results, the better.

That reminds me of a cycle I did a few years ago to prep for spring break, but I ran Winstrol at 100mg/ED instead of your Mast.
I've always wanted to try that compound.
