Happend to me about 5 times last cycle its painful! It seems like the more you think about it the more it happens.. I only pin my ass now

so true, i never bleed from the thigh, only from the glutes sometimes
i usually do it standing up, but in the future i will try lying down as well as sitting down (im excited)
