Lower doeses (usually 2 - 4IU) are more beneficial for fat loss than muscle gains. If you are still fairly young then you will definitely need at least 5IU p/day for muscle gains.
HGH isn't your best option for site growth, instead you are better of using hu-IGF-1 (not LR3) if you want to enhance certain body parts.
