I seperate my meals into either proteins/fats or proteins/carbs......i try and never have carbs and fat together, and if so it is very minimal with the carbs......
If you have fats and carbs together, your body uses the carbs for energy, and most people end up storing the fat.....
I have found with this type of diet plan, i can eat more and i dont feel as bloated.....keeps my metabolism running super fast...
