i would suggest 50-100mgs ed. be careful with your phrasing for the nolva since we all know that nolva used DURING a cycle of 19nors can make progesterone symptoms worse.

to clarify, the nolva would be used in pct with a 19nor cycle with a compound such as aromasin and hcg.

for a simple test e cycle you can do a few different pcts. you could do clomid and nolva or nolva and aromasin and use some hcg if you want, just dont run nolva alone
