something ive been pondering.
lets say theoretically that if a person was concerned with bulking. and that person required 3500cals/day. would it be more beneficial to get a portion of those calories from achohol to reach the 3500cals or fall short. im talking like on a daily basis.
so for example
you consume 500 alcohol calories and 3000 quality calories
or... you consume 3100 quality calories, but you need 3500
could it be that ive just justified to myself why i should drink every night!![]()
