maybe it is a little short i could probably do it right maybe 12 weeks, im 5 foot 10 inches been training nearly 3 years, but i only weigh 160 pounds bench 90 kg shoulder press bout 70 squat about 110 my training is good, but i have a goal i want to reach and i no im gonna need sum special supplements to help me , my diet is good but i seem to be stuck on a plateau! not gettin any stronger![]()
