Bro...deca should be run minimum 12 weeks. So ..unless you want to extend the cycle ....and then you gotta run sust 2 weeks more than your last deca shot. Up to you!

lol - I used deca for 10 weeks and it was sufficient, not to mention brilliant gains! However, it shut me down hard and still trying to get my nuts back
