HGH increases flat bone density, so you would get a wider jaw and larger wrist but no taller.
You could always break and stretch your bones. No gimmick here, just allot of pain, time and money

Taken from that article "Children grow in response to a hormone, called growth hormone (GH), produced by the pituitary gland in the brain. Most grow by about 5cm per year, with an additional growth spurt around puberty.
Bone growth occurs at the growth plates (epiphyses) at each end of the long bones. Once these plates close, during adolescence, no further growth occurs. It is therefore important to identify any growth problems which are likely to respond to GH treatment as early as possible."
So HGH would work to make you taller but must be taken at a very young age.
On a side note I actually grew 2 inches since i first starting taking steroids 2 years ago when I turned 20. So much for that steroids causing stunted growth from closing growth plates early crap.
