Ok. So check this. i'm a naturally anxious guy, and my patience is runing out.
My diet is:
1. oats (150g) in jogurt (250g) + cottage cheese (125g)
2. sweet potatoes (250g) + tuna (125g)
3. rice (250g) + steak (150g)
4. Sweet potatoes (250g) + 9 egg whites.
5. Oats (150g) + shake (30gprot)
6. Turkey (150g) + sweet potatos (250g)
On WO days i'll add a shake+apple as PWO
Are you working out b/w meal four and five. I'd say put the egg whites in the morning. There is a reason why eggs have always been the main stay of the morning food for centuries. Also I'm assuming with the grams that doesn't mean the amount of protein. What about stats have no idea where your at you I couldn't say that this is good or not.
My rutine is:
Day 1: Chest (12 set) -tris (9sets)
Day 2: Back (14 sets) - bis (9 sets)
Day 3: rest
Day 4: Shoulders (12 sets)
Day 5: Legs (14 sets)
Day 6: Rest
Day 7: Repeat.

And its NOt working as i wish. I'm getting some fat but not enough muscle. I wanna cry in foetal position!
