    ^ I'm glad you said "i was going to say shoulder press, upright rows, shrugs etc but i dont do them"

    It just goes to show that just because the "basic" exercises work for others, does not necessarily mean they will work for you. It's all about learning what works for YOUR body, not what has worked for others.

    Looking thick bro, if you kept it consistent you would look that much better
