    I'll probably get flamed for this but...

    First of all, is it not without a doubt that having extremely high levels of androgens and other hormones can affect someones mood? It alters the brain chemistry and can alter your emotional reactions to situations. Thats what people interpret as being "roid rage"..

    Of course having elevated levels of androgens/male hormones will alter your emotional reactions - thats brain chemistry! Why do you think so many steroid users get depressed during PCT? Because their testosterone levels are low and it affects their mood and emotional reactions!

    Bottom line is this - having elevated levels of androgens can affect your emotional reactions to things, and some people can control how they feel emotionally better than others. But the higher the dosage the harder it is to control...

    A lot of steroid users DONT experience "roid rage" and a lot of them foolishly assume that such a phenomenon could never occur with anyone. Try giving someone with bipolar disorder steroids and see what happens to their mood.
