    Dude your only eating 2200 cals a day? How do you grow on that?

    I can barely maintain on 3000 cals!

    That PCT is horrible.

    Clomid only is not enough. At the very least you need nolva!

    Shi*... Thanks for the heads up...

    I lost a bunch of fat before starting the cycle. I was really cutting down on cals and working cardio like a maniac. So... I think I have mucked up my metabolism a little. I have put on some weight...7 lbs in the first 6 weeks. With some good strength gains. Slowly upping my cals so as to not chunk up too much.

    See.....You talk to different people and get different answers....You would not believe the advice I got before......

    What Kind of dosages should I look at. I have looked throught the PCT and can't quite figure out what would work for this simple cycle as I wnt to keep what I gain but do not want to overdo it either....

    I was under the understanding PCT is for "post cycle" unless sign of gyno, ect start to appear then run some during....


    I am about 221 10-12 % B.F.

    I've got thick skin so fire away....

    Whooo! I'm with War on the cals and I'm the same way. You need to eat if you want to grow.
