    routine:
monday - pushups 30 reps, 5 sets within 1 hour
tuesday - crunches 100 reps, 5 sets within 1 hour
wed - pushups 30 reps, 5 sets within 1 hour

Im pretty much a beginner to this community and want to know the best way to do steroids without any injection. I would prefer oral pills, and would like to know whaich brands are the best which cycle to go with and more info if availible. I am looking for someone that can guide me through my process someone who can watch me progress and of course a friend.

If you dont have anything positive to say just dont post at all. Thanks

    thats what im wondering

you're not ready for AS yet, first you need a weight training routine and a proper diet, so post your diet and i'll help you with that, diet alone should help you greatly

really now? then what do you need us for, if you're going to start it then you must already have the gear and pct lined up right? and your training routine is already good right?(it's not btw) and your diet must already be pretty good(i doubt it)?

you probably don't see gains because your diet and workouts are horrible, pushups and crunches don't build muscle well at all

i'm still waiting on what cycle you are running as well as pct and diet

good, now that you've admitted that, then we can help you, YOU DON'T NEED AS, you need to get your training and diet in check, you are nowhere near your genetic potential, how do i know that, i'm 19 5'8 and 195lbs at 9-10%bf right now, so i'm way shorter than you and much bigger, so you can get bigger too

you should go read the slingshot method of training, great read

and post what you eat tomorrow, every little thing and i'll help you get your diet in check

this is not good bro. A clean diet is generally crappy meals. The oats, bananas, are rice are the only things decent to consume of what you had today. Alot of manufacturers shakes even sucks.

    Let me get this straight...

    a) You're 6'2 and 170lbs - you're underweight, and it doesn't look like your bf is low either.
    b) Your "workouts" (and I use that term VERY loosely) consist of push-ups and crunches - push-ups build very little muscle (if at all), and crunches will strengthen your abs, but you won't have a "6 pack" if your bf% is too high
    c) You have never used weights and are complaining you aren't making any gains - maximum hypertrophy occurs when a person trains with WEIGHTS. At the moment you are hardly breaking down any muscle tissue, if any at all.
    d) EVERYTHING ELSE ASIDE, you want to take ORAL steroids - if and when you are ready for a cycle of steroids (perhaps in 5 years), orals will do you very little favours. Man the fvck up and inject testosterone.
    e) Don't come on a board like this claiming you have read all the FAQ's, stickies, etc and then get defensive when people tell you your diet, workout, etc SUCKS, because it truly does.
    f) Get your head out of the sand, get a basic lifting routine and consistent diet down pad, and maybe in 5 years when you are ready, cycle with AAS.

    Good luck

Yeah buddy I will reinforce what everyone has told you, no steroids for you yet. Its sad and pitiful for any male that can not properly and naturally gain muscle and then cop out of steroids at your weight. Its a sign of weakness. Learn about diet and weight training and most importantly WORK ETHIC! The diet is no good and you are not even weight training so I don't see how you expect to develop a physique

    What are your goals BTW??

please explain why caffine? and why not milk instead of water

i normally will drink a small shake (about 20g of protein), made with water and add glutamine and caffeine(if you didn't know, caffeine increases fat-oxidation, lowers perception of workout intensity, and spares muscle glycogen, making it a perfect companion during cardio), this combination increases my ability to perform cardio in both duration and intensity and gives me peace of mind knowing that my muscle has very little chance of being tapped into for energy.

I really think the best thing you could do would be to go to a local gym, hire a personal trainer and keep open mind.also read all you can in the diet forum and try to eat alot cleaner.
