Agreed, a steak and potatos meal after workout can be delicious and help slab some size on. Don't go eating baked potatos before bed though...

Yah i've ruined a couple items of clothing trying to clean up some of the waterfall ones. Those suck too, not as bad as the spray. I love injections but the crimson fireworks kinda take the fun out of it for me, I prefer the ones where my body doesn't lose fluids.
