im going to report you guys for not commenting about my profile.
Sometimes pump sets not lately. Yesterday I was starting with the 90's, then 100's and then the 110's for 10 reps and at the bottom of the motion I would pause for 2 seconds then lift back up slowly. I go b/w slow controlled reps and explosive power reps. Was just trying something new.... My friend was laughing due to making the db's look like light work. It felt good to really really focus on the form and get the most stretch out of it. Does the chest good

Yeah I do that too, I mix up my techniques all the time. I usually give a good stretch after, like grab 30 lb dumbells or something and hold them at the most intense of the fly position for 40 seconds or so, either that or I'll bust out 5 or so sets with light weight with barely any rest to get all pumped up.
I like the slow pause technique, it's usually when my face starts to distort and I let out little mumbles of anguish
