    What are your stats?

I'm not intending to flame you but you don't really look like you train/eat much. You have more of a runners build.

if u got a consistent decent diet going, a decent workout program going and know how to do the exercises, then right now... you don't NEED them, but they will def benefit u in muscle gains.

you are a very long ways from aas man. you should be training hard and eating properly for at least six months before thinking of doing a cycle. I wouldnt say you out of shape by any means but i would agree with the first two posters that if you had a hardcore diet and workout plan you would see great results in just a couple months. You look like you have great potential and clearly work out a couple times a week. maybe up the cardio a lil bit, watch the diet, and get enough sleep and you could be seeing some dramatic results sooner then you would think.

BodyBuilding is a disciplined lifestyle. AAS is just a way to complicate your life if you are not ready mentally, physically and emotionally.

Hit the gym like an animal for a couple years first. My guess is you won't need AAS at all.

dude I weigh 134lbs and have potential as a bodybuilder...so YES anyone can. If all the variables are dialed in correctly (diet, WO split), then there is nothing the body can do but grow

so yes. Don't freak out, just shut up and EAT and train

    drive safe,

Holy crap dude, I'm not trying to flame you at all, and you didnt say how tall you are, but 134 lbs?? I dont see how that could be healthy at all. Especially if you're lifting a lot of weigt.

Ill take that bet. I got $5 that he says 5'6.

Original poster: You will know if you have potential or not based on how large you grow naturally. You have a good enough body fat to start using, but i think you could put more size on. Your traps as flat as an 8 year olds chest.

On review, I would have to agree

I think you should go for it the whole reason people use the stuff is to get gains they cant get naturally. If you feel like you have been working hard and just cant get any further then I say go for it

How long have you been lifting?

Not trying to flame, but you could use some lean ground beef, and some deadlifts.

No, regardless I've seen worse do it.

Need your stats, train and diet properly in the mean time.

As you get the training and dieting correct and do it properly for a while, use your time to educate yourself on AAS and get competent.

Your big enough to start hitting the gym 5x a week and reading the diet section a LOT more and putting on some lean muscles. For AAS, NO way. I was/am 2x your size in muscle mass and I was/am barely big enough. In all honestly I probably should have waited another 6 months before using AAS but I also know my own body and it was time.

Again will throw in my 2 cents,,,

Shock your body with a good workout program and diet first, watch what happens,,, naturally... see how it feels and what level you want to take it too...

    IMO

While I would never dispute anything any of the Hall of Famers would say, I agree with this statement to a degree, people are too quick to jump on bandwagons, and i'd be interested what they looked like before AND after AAS use. Just my two cents.

Personaly I was a LOT bigger than that before ever cycling and had not been hitting it very hard for very long. 5' 8" 175 lbs
After cycle I was defiantly bigger, leaner and had been reading AAS sights for a couple years but still didn't know enough about diet. I'm still learning every time I read more.

I was 209 pounds of FAT-LARD-ASS when I started working out, LOL!! That was back at 22. I dieted and ran my ass off and went down to 161 in a little more than a year. Unfortunately I still have stretch marks on my tummy from the gut that I lost.

Since then I've been lifting weights, almost ready for cycle #1 now. I'm 29 yrs, 198 lbs 6'0" right now with 17% bf as of this morning, still dieting down to 15% before I take the plunge. Oh and also waiting for my pins from AR-R to arrive LOL.
