    think i'm gonna start baking my sweet potato here soon...that way i can eat and let it set for about an hour then go workout...its in the 90's here and humid today

    Yeah I used to listen to rap but now it makes me wanna puke a bit, I still like the old crap I used to listen to back in the day, and some Biggie never hurt anyone. I'm pure musician though, it's my life so I need music that has, well, music in it. I listen to everything except country and rap. But, whatever floats your boat I'm not one to judge.

    yeah im going to be cutting for this cycle. im at around 12-13% right now at 205. hoping to be around 210 at 10% afterwards or so.

    Eat more than you think you need to, I ate really sloppy one tren cycle and still lost bodyfat. I don't think you can get fat on the stuff and I put on 10 pounds the first week in water, it all comes off.

    Curls for the girls today. 155 at the squat rack always gets some looks. Cycle is good. I'm trying to slim down, I'm below 255 and happy with it.
