Thread: Morning workout... diet?

    ok sounds good. ive just been told by some friends that have been lifting for along time its better to get most of your carbs in during the morning before you workout. i realize you need this for energy but over night fast are ok? i guess im doing fine with my diet then

    I think this would only apply if you are going low on your carbs. Say 100g or less per day. Then it would be beneficial to get the majority before and after you lift.
