You can have an IGF-1 blood test done. It'll cost about $100. I had one done before I started and three days later, after taking 3 iu/day. Those two test cost me nearly $200... and now I'm really confused.

My problem is that my IGF-1 level only went up from 168 ng/ml to 191 ng/ml. So now I'm not sure whether the HGH was not good, or I didn't give the HGH enough time to allow my IGF-1 level to increase, or there was an error with the test.

They just don't make it easy for those of us who want to take responsibility for ourselves....

you shouldve waited longer than 3 days bro!! wait four weeks when your at 5-6 iu and youl have a true reading for sure
