My problem is that my IGF-1 level only went up from 168 ng/ml to 191 ng/ml. So now I'm not sure whether the HGH was not good, or I didn't give the HGH enough time to allow my IGF-1 level to increase, or there was an error with the test.
They just don't make it easy for those of us who want to take responsibility for ourselves....
