OK, so just eating 300-320g of protein daily will spare my muscle at 1800 calories a day? No significant catabolism?
Where do you think I should be, weight and BF% wise before I can start using a little something for some modest size/strength gains?
Anybody else have any thoughts on me possibly using DNP, or DNP in general?

					 also, think about this. If you get to strong to fast in your condition, you are at great risk of seriously hurting yourself.. albeit muscle tears to tendons tears. when that happens.. you are even worse off than you are now.
